Louis D’Agostaro
As the Managing Partner of DCG, Louis D'Agostaro brings over 27 years of experience in the petrochemical gas processess area. He gained much of his expertise through his employment in various compressed gas companies from 1979 - 1988, but he was also an innovator during those years. Once he knew he had the capability to make substantially better products and do much more for customers in the market, he founded Dynagas and Chemicals Inc. on April 1, 1988. Dynagas and Chemicals Inc. and Certified Gas Inc. eventually merged to form DCG Partnership 1, Ltd. Mr. Louis D'Agostaro has created a reputable name for DCG as one of the few organizations of its kind that goes above and beyond the expectations of his national and international clientele in regards to quality and innovation for the company's products. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1979.

David D’Agostaro
David D'Agostaro is a graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey and founded Certified Gas, Inc. in 1989. He became a partner in DCG Partnership 1, Ltd. with the merger of Certified Gas, Inc. and Dynagas and Chemicals Inc,. With over twenty years experience in the calibration standard business his expertise lies in the area of Natural Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas, Natural Gas Liquids, and the NGL fractionation process. Mr. David D'Agostaro is an instructor at the American School of Hydrocarbon Measurement and has spent a considerable amount of time researching Natural Gas sampling, Hydrocarbon Dew Point issues and Deep Water Gas Analysis. Mr. D'Agostaro is also a member of numerous domestic and international industry committees and was a co-author of the API 14.1 publication. Mr. David D'Agostaro is a DCG Sales Team Leader and has spent much of his time educating others about looking for quality and value in standards and products, a priority at DCG. He is an expert in the design and use of calibration standards and is a senior instructor for the School of Chromatography at DCG.

Jeffrey Werner
Mr. Werner began his career as a chemist in a gas chromatography lab at UEC working on Environmental methods for gasoline and diesel range organics in soil and groundwater. Thereafter, he had the opportunity to join a start-up research operation named Energy BioSystems Corporation (EBC). The company worked on the biodesulfurization of diesel fuel as its main focus. Jeff worked as an analytical chemist developing analytical techniques using gas chromatography with the sulfur chemiluminescence detector and mass spectrophotometric detector to determine the compounds affected and the rates of the desulfurization reaction. At EBC, Jeff also worked on the biodesulfurization of gasoline, crude oil, and decant oil projects. Mr. Werner's next career move was as a Product Line Manager at Antek Instruments. As the manager of their Model 7090 Gas Chromatography Detector for Sulfur and Nitrogen determination using chemiluminescence, he was responsible for developing instrument modifications including manuals and QC Testing and for the installation and training of customers using the detector around the world. Mr. Werner joined DCG Partnership in August 2001 as Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of the organization. Jeff belongs to the ASTM D03 Committee on Gaseous Fuels as a member at large, and ISO TC193 WG4, WG15, WG17 and WG18.

Lori Bozdech
Ms. Bozdech graduated from Montclair State College, New Jersey in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education. Upon graduation, Ms. Bozdech relocated to Richmond, Virginia and worked for Virginias ACH Association. In this capacity she worked closely with Virginia and West Virginia ACH Departments on the training and implementation of the rules governing ACH payments. Ms. Bozdech joined DCG in October 1994 taking orders, assisting customers with general questions and preparing the orders for shipment. She was also responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing. Ms. Bozdech was promoted to technical sales where she developed and maintained customer accounts. She also created DCG’s first marketing material for customers and trade shows and launched DCG’s first ad campaign to be published in industry journals. In 2006, she was promoted to the newly formed Customer Service Department as Director of Customer Service. In this capacity she provides technical assistance to customers as well as oversees the day to day sales and customer service operations.

Dolores Casabiell
Ms. Casabiell joined DCG in 2004 and is currently the Financial Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivables and payables in the accounting and finance department at DCG. She also assists the DCG team with trend analysis and certification of products.

Ms. Casabiell is a perfectionist with numbers, but she is a chemist at heart. She has a PhD in Analytical chemistry so she understands every aspect of the premier quality products being made in DCG's lab. She received her bachelor's degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 'Licentiate in Chemist', and her Masters and PhD Degree from Universidad Metropolitana . She also worked as a Professor at Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.


Zeenat Mitha
Ms. Mitha has over 22 years of experience in the areas of business management and communications. She is the Consulting Director of Business Development with DCG. Her role is to assist DCG in its growth and expansion. With her guidance, DCG sets standards for providing optimum value for its premier quality products and services through quality control, expansion of personalized services, shared knowledge through DCG’s School, on-going research, trend analysis, training and meaningful communication with DCG’s customers. Ms. Mitha takes appropriate measures in providing marketing and public relations for DCG so those that could benefit from DCG's products and services have every opportunity to do so. She is also responsible for training and implementing new customer service guidelines at DCG and encourages vision and direction for DCG.

Ms. Mitha has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Southern Methodist University, a Master in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, and a Fellowship in Public Policy from Georgetown University. She has on air experience reporting news on television, and has worked with several leaders of our country at the James A. Baker, III, Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. She was also the Associate Director for External Affairs at Asia Society, Texas. She is now the President of Sweetwater Specialty Consulting.
